Free Shipping Policy
We've adopted a more simplified shipping cost setup.
While we're a small, family-owned company who can't own and operate a bunch of distribution facilities in every state (like those big-name superstores can), I recognize that added or unexpected shipping costs can be a real barrier to purchasing. So we've instituted the following policy:
Almost every product on the site SHIPS FREE to the Continental USA if it's in a shopping cart containing over $50 in products.
Most of the smaller products (strings, pickups, parts, accessories, preamps, etc.) ALSO ship free to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Larger items may carry a partial, discounted shipping charge.
As you might expect, there are a few necessary exceptions: larger, lower-cost items that simply don't have enough profit margin to cover those costs - like a handful of certain stands and accessories - are exempt from this free shipping option. However, our sophisticated shopping cart pulls real-time, discounted shipping rates and lets you choose the best shipping option at the lowest possible cost.
You also have the ability to choose expedited services like Next-Day Air, Express Mail, etc. - in the cart during checkout -- without having to wait for a shipping quote - accurate quotes are pulled directly from the carriers and provided to you real-time.
As always, expedited or not, we send out your packages quickly and efficiently; we're practically famous for our fast order handling and shipment.
