Petz Instrument Polish with Beeswax and Pineoil

This unique cleaner/polish - from Petz Products in Austria - can effectively remove dirt stains and rosin residue/mild buildup. It is made from pine oil and beeswax, which is excellently suited to cleaning and caring for delicate stringed instruments surfaces without creating a new dirt-attracting layer. It only takes a few drops for each section of the bass, so it's economical and long-lasting. When used properly, it will make your varnish shine without an oily buildup or greasy feel.

Petz polish is mild enough that it can be used for cleaning after each use of the instrument, although that certainly may not be necessary for routine care. I suggest using as needed to keep the instrument in tip-top shape!
