Description

Protect your bass' finish with this Kolstein Bass Bib. The unique "Vel-Loc" system on the strap loops around the neck to hold the bib securely in just the right position, on either the left or right side of your bass (so left-handers - it'll work for you!) The bib features a luxurious protective velvet covering with satin backing.

It comes complete with an accessory pocket and a handy pencil holder. Available in two color combinations (Black velvet and satin backing with Red accents, or Brown velvet with Gold satin/accents).

Great for students and professionals alike!

    Nice quality

    Nice bass bib. I used it for a little while, but eventually found it impractical--the accessory pockets are a good idea, but it often isn't really convenient to have stuff in there. Good for protecting the bass though.

    Doesn't stay in place

    The bib has no elastic holding it tightly to the bass, it just dangles and moves around a lot. The velcro strap is too long and sticks out, so you have to constantly move it back under the fingerboard when you pick your bass up. The accessory holder is a neat idea in theory but in practice I find it awkward to put anything in there. I can't say I'd recommend this bib, something that has elastic to snugly fit the bass and/or a strap that goes around the body to hold it in place would be much better.
